Refund policy


We currently do not offer returns on cosmetics for safety precautions of potentially opened and/or used products. Exchanges can be offered upon inspecting package contents within 3-business days of arriving  if items are damaged through mailing services. 
If you’re returning based on canceling your order or receiving the wrong item(s), we can only accept the return if the items are still sealed. Please contact support for further instructions. Submitting of photo evidence is required to ensure validity and proper return procedure to commence. 

Return Instructions 
Secure items wished to be returned back into original packaging or an approved wellpadded return package through USPS to protect the contents. 
Place the return label on the front of the package and mail it via local USPS. 
We appreciate your patience, you’ll be notified once we receive your package and begin 
processing your return to be evaluated and refunded within 7-10 business days.
